Dermal Fillers are used to treat lines and wrinkles in the face. Palmetto Aesthetics is proud to offer Revanesse dermal fillers.

Revanesse fillers are FDA approved for the treatment of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and creases as well as lip augmentation for patients 22 years and older. The length of results vary from 6 months to 1 year.

Revanesse is packaged in a 1.2ml syringe compared to a 1 ml syringe that other companies offer.

Clinical trials show less swelling than with that of competitors. Results can last for up to a year and their 1.2ml syringe allows you 20% more product in one purchase. More product that is long-lasting makes this quality product a more cost-effective option.

The safety profile is impeccable. In a study of over 300 participants, no serious adverse events were noted.

Cosmetic Injections


Jeuveau and Xeomin are both brands of botulin toxin type A, most commonly known as the brand name Botox. There are 5 branded toxins that are FDA- approved for use- Jeuveau, Xeomin, Dysport, Botox, and Daxify. Palmetto Aesthetics Medical Spa offers Jeuveau and Xeomin. Each are used to smooth out lines and wrinkles in the forehead and around the eyes. Continued treatments (usually every 3-4 months) will help improve the look of lines and wrinkles.

The procedure is quick and there is essentially no downtime. You can even come see us on your lunch break! There are a few short post-procedure instructions like not laying down for 4 hours and no exercise for 24 hours.

The procedure is approved for clients 18 years and older. These treatments are for everyone whether you are softening existing lines or trying to prevent any from beginning!

You are not a candidate if you have soy or egg allergies.
